Summary
Peeta knew that his days were numbered in town at the bakery when his father died when he was sixteen. For a few moments he had hope, his older brother was transferred to District 3 for being smart and Rye was ready to marry the Carpenter's daughter, it almost seemed perfect. Rye would be a carpenter and Peeta would inherit the bakery. But Rye screwed up his own commitment, leaving him as the owner of the bakery and Peeta at the mercy of his mother who kicked him out of the bakery and with nowhere else to go he enlisted in the mines.
-Basically they are two parallel stories. One where Katniss becomes a townie and merchant, and another where Peeta is forced to go to the Seam and become a miner.-
- I blame "ConcretePillows" and its story Not Like Us, it gave me a need to write Peeta in the Seam.
But with a twist, the living one is Burdock Everdeen was alive and the dead one is Otho. -Series

You and Bucky finally find your way to each other. But nothing is ever so simple for heroes like the Avengers.
This is an alternate universe story where the events of Civil War didn't end in splitting the Avengers but brought everyone together. It takes place before, during, and after Infinity War and Endgame, with those events being slightly altered as well, in keeping the alternate universe, branched timeline, alternate reality, or whatever you choose to call it, concept.

Summary
Astrid has the power to make others see and hear the person they love most, a dangerous and uncontrollable magic that causes harm to everyone around her. She knew one day she'd leave her adopted family she just never thought she'd be leaving with the Avengers or that they could be the ones to help her.
Over time it becomes obvious that very few Avengers trust her and no one can help her with her magic, not even Wanda. So how come Thor knows exactly what to do? Can he really help her? And why won't he stop staring at her?
She should probably let him know she's not interested, because there’s a certain super soldier she has her sight set on, she's just not sure he feels the same way.
