Summary
In this AU Lilith is a teacher at Hexside as well as the leader of the Emperor's Coven.
This starts off with two stories that can be stand alone. From part three and onward it's more of an actual series and I would recommend reading the parts in order, for context.
What is it about? Found family, a serious amount of angst and a big helping of hurt/comfort. Periods and body pains (fibromyalgia) are recurring themes. Also dysfunctional family relationships, including but not limited to the Blight family. Lumity is the endgame here. Slowest of slowburns.
Edit: I started writing this series thinking Eda was the older sister, and I'm keeping it that way in this AU... since it's already an AU.- Words:

Before Luz let Amity listen to the "human music" on her phone, she probably should have checked which playlist she'd left it on, lest she inadvertently reveal what had been on her mind lately.

Realization dawning upon her, the other girl’s eyes widened. “No. No, Willow, you didn’t.”
“Oh,” she drawled, leaning over and looking up at Luz, “but I did.”
Luz gulped as her face began to heat up. Of course she would. Of course she would have her play the love interest in this stupid short film.
“Why,” she nearly whimpered, “are you trying to set me up like this?”
Willow shrugged. “If this isn’t the perfect opportunity, then I don’t know what is. You’re too chicken to talk to her otherwise.”
Was she right? Yes. Would Luz admit it? Not in a million years.
Her ears pricked as she heard footsteps approaching. A pair of black, lace up boots came into view, and Luz’s eyes slowly trailed up to the person they belonged to.
