Most often it was people like Jean, who have become a little restless with the lessened work load. Occasionally some of the younger knights after a particularly long day (mainly Amber coming in and napping on his couch). Very rarely, Kaeya or even rarer, Diluc when they had no where else to take their thoughts.
Never Lohen though, until tonight.

Lohen doesn’t actually want to die, he just really, really, really wants his subordinates to live. Sometimes that means standing between them and a heaving, snarling beast and letting it do its thing.

Albedo was right about something. The abyss is weird.
Last thing Lohen remembered was that during the return trip to Mondstadt, they ran into the wild hunt. Now, leading this group of incompetents meant that he took the vanguard once more, yet somewhere, deep inside, something felt wrong. And it sucks when your gut feeling’s right.
Engulfed in abyssal energy, Lohen found himself barreling over to who knows where, landing atop a strangely tall building with a couple of oddly simplistically dressed people on the roof – and simplistic is a funny word to use given the flashing colours filling his peripheral.
In a new world, it feels like Acting Grand Master Jean has multiplied dozens of times over, what with these people constantly nagging him.
On the plus side? At least things will be interesting for a while
or during a fight with the wild hunt, the abyss kidnaps him and Lohen finds himself in an alternate dimension; MHA
