The hero dropped to one knee before her throne. “Lady Riju, I come here to answer your offer for dwelling and work in Gerudo, which you extended to me during preparations for the battle against Ganondorf.” Footfalls joined the echo of his words in the throne room. “I come here to pledge fealty and service to the nation of Gerudo and its people, humbly and sincerely. I—”
Link looked up to meet the eyes of Riju, who smiled from just a few feet in front of him. He saw she was barefoot, her sandals tucked beside the throne. She extended her hand to help him up from the floor. Meeting her eyes now, he finished, “...Sincerely and indefinitely.”
Riju reached for his hand and he grasped hers; with strength she pulled him up as he stood. Her eyes twinkled with a half smile. “I was wondering when you would come. I began to wonder if you thought you were too good for my offer.”
Link shook his head with Hylian deference. “Of course not, Lady–”
“Riju, alone, is fine for you.” She finished, closer now, eyes lowered, smiling at him. He held his breath a moment, wondering if she could smell the moonshine on it. “Though you might want to tack on Lady in the company of my court, as is customary.” -

Summary
The Sheikah smelled….like Zelda, somehow. Smelled like Zelda, but not quite. Not the Zelda he knew, but perhaps, her family? This Sheikah smelled like they’d been sleeping rougher and fighting harder than the Zelda he knew. Red Sheikah eyes stared back at him, brows lowered.
“You’re gonna scare off my dinner, wolf.”
He caught it, in her voice, then. The scent of magic. Of disguise. Link frowned back at the Sheikah. Eyeing the distance, she aimed her bow well above him and fired. The thud of a dead bird, and the sound of wings, taking flight.
“Fetch,” she said.

Summary
Just a re-imagining of the premise of New Girl but it's Link moving into a flat of all girls (Purah, Impa, and of course, Zelda).
“I'll be honest,” Link said. “From the Malolist add, I thought you were a bunch of guys.”
“What? Whatever made you think that?” Zelda said, her voice squeaking.
“I dunno,” Link said. “There wasn't a lot of info in the ad, the furniture was sparse, and some of the photos were taken from really terrible angles. And when my friend's dad sent it my way—” he shrugged ”--I just didn't think he would suggest I move in with a bunch of girls. You know. Not that I mind, of course! I just, uh, didn't expect him to pull something like this. He's uh, normally quite proper and formal. The King of Lanayru Fishing, they call him.”
“MIPHA’S DAD sent you???” Zelda jaw hung open. “No, no no no, this will not work.” -

Summary
Sometimes she sent him dreams.
Zelda was a dragon, flying across the sky at a steady and eternal pace, looping her kingdom in easy, endless circles. Link didn't know what–if any–of the Zelda he loved remained after her draconification. It didn’t matter. Link had faith in his girl. He'd cry in her arms when he had her back, and not a moment sooner.
He knew she'd done this with no hope, no plan for coming back to him in the end. She could be dramatic like that. It was alright. Her sacrifice gave him the upper-hand over Ganondorf. The upper-hand to fight back. To win. He’d tell her he’d missed her when he held her again…and in his dreams, when she visited them. -

Twilight Princess Zelda decides to escape for a secluded holiday vacation at the newly opened Snowpeak Lodge. Unbeknownst to her, the hero of twilight works there. Actually, he sort of built it from the ground up. He just needed to keep busy after losing Midna, and things kind of snowballed from there. So Zelda settles in at a guest room at the lodge for a relaxing and rural week away from pressure and prying eyes. But there's a certain set of blue eyes she can't quite keep away from….

“How could this have happened to me? …I did everything I was supposed to do. I lived the life I was supposed to live. I….I don't understand this failure!” Fresh sobs racked Zelda and she covered her face, turning away from both her appointed knight and the Goddess stature. “Oh, what have I done?”
Link looped his arm through Zelda's, pulling her to her feet. Her breath hiccupped and she leaned on him, then into him, burying her face in his blue tunic.
“Come with me, Princess,” Link said. “It’s not on the royal itinerary, but I'm adding a stop for us. Somewhere no thoughts of duty or calamity will bother us. A place to forget about all this, for a time.”
Zelda stopped crying, surprised. Link was…improvising? As fond as she had become of her knight in recent weeks, she hadn't known him to stray from the plan set out by her father. Dumbfounded, she took his hand and he led her out of the spring.
