"Don’t you want to be good for hyung?"
Seokjin almost doesn’t notice it: the way Jungkook’s big eyes grow wider for a split second, the subtle shift of his mouth. But it’s impossible not to notice the way Jungkook’s grip on Seokjin’s hand loosens. Just for a moment–-not even half a breath. Jin reacts on instinct, without thinking, slamming Jungkook’s hand down beneath his in an explosion of speed. He didn’t major in Halli Galli for nothing.
It's only afterwards that he realizes what Jungkook's expression means. That Jungkook--Jungkook with the tattoos and the muscles and the motorcycle--Jungkook is maybe not interested in pinning Seokjin to the stacked washer/dryer, like Seokjin has thought about, guiltily, once or twice. That maybe, Jungkook--Jungkook with the puppy dog eyes and the endless politeness and the obedience--is more interested in the being pinned.
And if that's true, well.
Seokjin is fucked.
Or, actually, the other way around.

Summary
Jeongguk goes into rut and he hates it. But Seokjin takes care of him, like he promised he always would. There are a lot of sensitive feelings involved with this, which they talk through in-between Jeongguk's "waves" of sanity. Seokjin is a good hyung and alpha to his pup, even if he still manages to be a brat during his freakin' rut.

Seokjin snorts violently, taken by surprise by the question. "An omega? Why would you think that?"

Seokjin listens, entertained, as the pups continue to extol Jungkook's many strengths and achievements. "You pups really look up to him, huh?"

Summary
For a moment the two stare at one another in complete silence. Seokjin can feel the pounding beat of his heart as it hammers in his chest, his thoughts racing as he stays perfectly still. He'd already cheated fate once today. Is this how he really dies, via a horror from the deep? Ripped apart by vicious claws, or perhaps dragged back down into the murky depths to drown?
The monster seems to be sizing him up, eyes darting across Seokjin's body as though looking for something. The best place to attack? Potential threats? But then his expression changes, and the new one is not what Seokjin was expecting it to be.
The sea creature's expression is something that the human can only describe as, well...petulant. His eyes narrow and his lips form a deep pout as he crosses his arms and cocks his head.
"Why won't you let me eat you?!"
or: seokjin keeps inadvertently foiling the plots of a hungry siren, introduces him to the wonders of human food, and falls in love along the way
