Summary
The next day, Kris and Noelle don’t come to school. Toriel has a frantic, hushed conversation with Ms. Alphys out in the hallway before pulling Susie out there to ask her about the festival and stuff. Susie tells the truth: Kris wanted to talk to Noelle at the lake, Susie went off, when she came back they weren’t there and probably had gone home. Toriel frets and says nothing and keeps saying nothing even when Susie, some sort of fear seizing up in her gut, asks, are they okay?
Three days later they find the bodies.
(Susie and Dess, alone in the aftermath.)

The one that starts with the oddly comforting scene of near-suicide, when the SOUL interrupts her and sets Noelle's life on a better path. A fic where Dess' is both vessel and hostage for both Kris and Noelle, Susie is in Ralsei's version of the prophecy after all but she's one of the heroes anyways, Tem can hear the soul, and where Kris has it BAD once they make up with Noelle
Also the one with the "ancient scriptures" Dess' and Kris wrote when they were kids to lay out what was fair in love, war, and Smashing Fighters

Summary
Many years after her disappearance, December Holiday returns. But she isn’t the same, and she isn’t whole. Her body is twisted by her time in the dark, leaving her all but chained to it. She and her mother need Kris’ help to return her to the way she was and thwart the Angel’s Prophecy in the process. They don’t hesitate to agree, but in order to help, they need to prepare. They need to become stronger.
These are some of the nights they spend with Dess trying to do just that. At the same time, they do their best to return some semblance of normalcy to her life.
This along with trying to keep their feelings for her, still smoldering after so many years, under wraps.
They are successful at two of those three things.

Seeing him is a literal nightmare come to life, but Sakura is a professional. She bows politely and does not let her hands tremble. "I look forward to working with you."
"Likewise," Madara says, perfectly polite and yet clearly not meaning it. Clearly dismissing her, because she's a young, pink-haired, civilian woman.
