Summary
Tommy is an aspiring hero in a city full of the most powerful heroes. He's not well liked by the civilians and other heroes - more importantly, the police force, who is after him any chance they get. Despite the constant criticism, he tries his best to help.
After a battle with the Pyromanic Sapnap went wrong, he met some of his favorite heroes - the Sleepy Bois Inc, the most powerful in the city - no, the world. He'd looked up to them since he was small (er, smaller).
"What the fuck kind of name is Wife Haver, anyways?"
Clearly, the adoration was not mutual.

Summary
Tommy was just trying to get away from the vanguard of murder robots. He did not mean to fall from the sky and break most of his equipment (including his bones). And now he's been kidnapped/adopted by a beanpole, a wingman, and a pig. Help.
Phil and Ranboo are just chillin' in Techno's house when a tiny feral version of Tommy falls from the sky. Which shouldn't be possible because, according to Ranboo, Tommy died in prison. He's got weird armor, weirder weapons, he just tried to stab Phil, and- oh, okay, he blasted a hole in the wall. Lovely.
None of these people know what they're doing, and the child just brings more angst, fluff, and shenanigans than anyone thinks is possible while also kickstarting a mass emotional healing arc that no one knew they needed.
OR
Dystopian resistance sci-fi Tommy falls through a portal and gets adopted by the Syndicate. (And yes it's adoption, because Phil.) -

Running from foster care to be with his older brother was one of the worse decisions Tommy had made and when said gang gets into a turf war with the SBI he finds himself in the middle. When Tommy ends up in a cell with the leaders son he discovers he might have another chance at having a real family.

Technoblade arched his brow as he wound the boxing wraps around Tommy’s knuckles. The teenager’s hands were textured strangely under Technoblade’s fingers, stretches of burn scars pockmarking the skin. They trembled involuntarily.
Tommy continued: “I’m not supposed to hit people. Sam’s been getting on my ass about it for years. Now all of a sudden, he wants me to? Wants me to get better at it, even?”
Technoblade suppressed his huff of laughter. He didn’t need this kid thinking he found him at all amusing. “That’s not why you’re here.”
“Right,” Tommy drawled, tilting his head up to fix Technoblade with a squint-eyed look. With his blonde curls and blue eyes, the kid looked positively angelic. That illusion was shattered the moment he opened his mouth. “I’m here to learn discipline. Get some aggression out. Become a decent fucking member of society.”
“Can’t help you with that last one,” Technoblade said honestly.
Or, thanks to an act of persuasion by an old friend, Technoblade finds himself teaching a teenager with a troubled past how to box. Together, they carve out a future, though not without a few bloody noses along the way.

“Sorry- sorry,” Phil finally said between chuckles. “It's just- gods, you're just like Techno.”
That immediately prompted a simultaneous ‘heh?!’ and ‘what?!’ from the other two.
“You're comparing me to him?!” Techno asked Phil incredulously, looking between him and Tommy a few times, as if the comparison had personally offended him. Which, rude, by the way.
“Please,” Tommy scoffed defensively. “It’s a fuckin’ honor to be compared to me, Tech-no-blade. I'm the coolest, biggest man in this server. Second only to the Philza Minecraft.”
“Certainly not the most humble,” Techno commented, folding his arms. Phil just smiled fondly at the interaction.
“Oh, this is humble,” Tommy said back, feigning cockiness. “If I was actually being honest, I'd have to go on and on because–”
Techno groaned, interrupting Tommy’s rant before it even began and rubbing his temples. “Why did we pick you..?”

“It’s raining, Tech,” Tommy says again because he doesn’t get it and Tommy can’t understand what there is to get. “I like the rain.” Techno listens and Tommy stumbles closer, letting his brother catch him by his forearms. “I forgot I could feel like this,” he says, half laughing and half crying. “I forgot I liked the rain. I forgot I liked the rain, Technoblade. How could I forget this?”
Crimson eyes flick over Tommy’s face, searching for something, and Tommy can’t tell if he found it or didn’t with the way his grip just ever so slightly tightens. He tugs gently, frowning again, and glancing around the ruins-turned-garden he found Tommy in. “Alright, you’re gonna make yourself sick, come on, I’ll get you wherever you were going.”

“He did what?” Techno’s eyes widened ever so slightly. The world seemed to stand still for a second. The implications of that statement came flooding into his mind.
“Oh, it’s going to be so good to rub it in his face when Tommy is with us. Fucker needs to be dropped down a few pegs anyway.”

Wilbur nodded; Techno continued.

A wrist was pressed against his mouth. “Drink,” Technoblade said into his ear, and any lingering hope that he might just kill him here or better yet just let him die from his injuries instead of dragging him back to their sire withered away. Tommy kept his mouth shut. “Drink, now, or you’re going to die.”
Scorned fledglings either had a sympathetic adult vampire take them on as a substitute sire or died. The first was not an option for Tommy. Everyone knew the moment he managed to wiggle out of the cruel grip of his own sire that helping him was a death sentence. In fact, coming face to face with any vampire meant getting dragged back to those who'd laid claim to his blood. Few wanted to go against the Sleepy Coven; all wanted to gain favor with them. His fate was to die on the street at best. At worst... well, that's why he’d ran.
Yet, he ended up blessed by circumstance (for once) with a third option curtesy of his best friend Tubbo whose hands were stained with magic and who was willing to do what was necessary to keep him alive, bloodsucker or not.
(I adore all of the Dark SBI vampire fics, but I'm also a wimp, so I want it to all be a horrible misunderstanding and for them to all hug at the end.)

Summary
The monsters down the hall have been the source of his nightmares plenty of times. But Tommy knows this; they have rules. They’re playing a game, sure, they’re messing with things that shouldn’t even be able to be messed with, but there are rules around it.
They don’t hurt Tommy. They are his brothers, and they act like it even when their cover is blown. They might not love him, or really care about him, but they pretend to, at the very least. They play the role well.
If Tommy goes, and seeks them out, they will protect him like how older brothers do. And he will know, and be secure in the fact that if anything were to come to hurt him in the night, they would tear it apart into pathetic remains.
(Or, a sequel to Ring ring ring banana phone, in which Tommy adjusts with his Not Brothers, and they adjust to him)

Tommy could feel Tubbo growing nauseous from the amount of blood flooding the bathroom’s white tile floor.
“Just don’t fucking look then!” He snarled in a harsh whisper, no louder than his pained grimaces when he stuck the blade into his arm again. He held his own dull eyes in a deadlock in the mirror.
‘Look, I really think we should go get Phil...’ Ranboo said gently, trying to be subtle while he guided the hand holding the knife away from his skin. When Tommy noticed he slammed back into control, plunging the knife so deep into his forearm that the red tip poked through the opposite side. It hurt like bitch but Tommy stayed quiet like he’s supposed to.
Tommy grinned madly at the fresh river of crimson making its way past his pale skin, collecting around his legs. “Blood for the blood god,” he whispered.
‘Blood for the blood god,’ they chanted back.
