If only the flower was a small lampgrass, a calla lily, or anything else, then Diluc would not hesitate to rip the flowers out of his system. Mondstadt's safety would not be compromised if he stopped caring about a single person. This flower, however, was not to be associated with a singular person. It represented a concept that has eluded him for many years now, something he has sworn to protect.

He isn’t faced with a monster nor a demon. He’s faced with a child. Small, knees to his chest as he’s curled up against the bed frame, clutching his plush of a red Drakobloxxer for comfort, and even more tears welling in his eyes. Not horribly stretched out to monstrous proportions, no devilish grin melded on his face. The same as Elliot remembers him before they were all taken here.
“Oh my god,” Noob gaped at the sight of him, grabbing onto Elliot’s arm with both of their hands. Their grip is harsh, enough to cut off his circulation if they hold on too long. “Is that–?”
“Go get Builderman,” Elliot tells them. “Now.”
The Spectre gets bored and changes their game up a little bit. The unwilling participants try to grapple with how to handle the sudden shift.

Summary
Orochi and Viperion are the first superheroes of Paris, summoned to protect the city from Mayura and her Amoks, spirits drawn from another realm to fight in her stead. Alongside beating up angry spirits and sending them back where they came from, they have to find the scattered European Miraculouses (the Ladybug, the Black Cat, the Bee, the Butterfly, the Fox and the Turtle) before Mayura could find them herself and use them for her nefarious goals.
However, their situation becomes trickier when Félix steals the Fox Miraculous, and joins Mayura to accomplish his own goal: reviving his recently deceased father.
But befriending Viperion wasn’t in the plan, and while he tries to use their new friendship to find out his identity and steal his Miraculous, Félix starts catching some unexpected feelings.

Waking up in the sewer after the end of the world was far from Luka’s idea of a good time, but hey, at least there was still a world to wake up in.
At the end of Ephemeral, Luka and Sass turned back the clock, but they didn't quite manage to save the day. Luka finds himself stranded in Hawkmoth's seemingly perfect new world, a world without Ladybug, without Chat Noir, and in which Luka Couffaine has never existed. Luka is the only one who can see how twisted the world has become, and with his kwami as his only ally, he's going to need to fix it.
