Summary
Shoyo has recently moved tattoo shops to get out of the shadow of his mentor, Bokuto. When his new coworker, Nishinoya, brings some pastries to work, he can't help but go check out the place. It's right down the street, after all! But how was he to know the guy that works there is a total asshole? Even if he is gorgeous. At least his pastries taste good.
Tobio hates working with customers, and he prefers hiding in the back carefully measuring out flour for his meticulously-crafted croissant recipe. He's been single for almost a year, as his friends love pointing out, but he's not that worried about it. That is, until an insanely hot guy comes in to the bakery and has him questioning everything. The guy is dumb, and can't read a menu, but Tobio can't stop thinking about licking his tattoos. Maybe his friends are right, and he needs to get out more.

“There- There’s a hot guy in my hospital room and I can’t even spell your name,” Shouyou blabbered, his words slurred. “You probably think I’m stupid. You probably want to go home. I bet you have a girlfriend at home, because you can’t be single,” Shouyou pouted.
Tobio smiled a little mischievously.
“Why can’t I be single, Shou?” He asked impishly.
Shouyou wrinkles his nose. “‘Cause you’re the most beautiful-est man alive. Duh. You’re all… guwaah.”
“I’m not single,” he said.
Shouyou pouted. “I know. You don’t have to rub it in,” he slurred.
“I have a husband. He’s- Ah, he’s about your height, I’d say. He has hair like yours… He’s a bit smarter, though.” Tobio paused, thinking about something. “Only by a bit.” He chuckled to himself like it was an inside joke that only he knew.

Oikawa’s hips roll forward. Then back. Then forward again, like he can’t decide what he’s doing anymore. “Okay,” he gasps, voice cracking wide open. “Okay—fuck—I’ll let you prep me—just—stop—fuck, Wakatoshi—”
Ushijima stills. His mouth hovers, just a breath away. His grip doesn’t loosen. He waits, letting the words hang in the air between them. Then he lifts his head. Oikawa’s staring back at him — flushed, panting, eyes wide and glassy. Lips parted, pupils blown.
Ushijima doesn’t move for a second. He just looks at him. Really looks at him. And when he finally speaks, his voice is hoarse. “You’re going to lie here,” he says softly, “and let me take care of you.”
Oikawa blinks, chest still rising and falling like he just ran five miles.
“You’re going to look me in the eye,” Ushijima goes on, “and you’re going to say my name. Not his. Not silence. Mine. Or this ends. Tonight. For good.”
