This is all hypothetical, if book five is “Ocean” which was hinted at throughout season 4 as well as the large body of water in Xadia being called “Sea of the Castout” which could possibly by where Arvouses prison could be, as he was casted out and imprisoned by the Arch Dragons.
If it is Ocean then Rayla is in for a terrible time, and maybe we could get some Rayllum crumbs, haha

The Blood Eel only knows pain and isolation in its world. Others have come searching for answers, only to learn in the end that death is the only one that matters. But then it meets Simon. As it unmakes him it catches a glimpse of something its never seen before, Happiness. It wants to learn about it, yet Simon doesn't know it. It goes to throw him away, but then he utters a prayer.

The Blood Eel searches the cosmos and comes across The Hail Mary, occupied by Ryland Grace, and it decides this is what Simon was asking for. So it obliges.
What follows is the story of two lost souls coming together in a cosmic event, learning together to live, to love, to be happy. All while The Blood Eel looks on, insuring it continues to learn, one way or another.
