Something goes ping.
Ken's vision goes fuzzy for a minute, an electric shock, skin crawling and cold sweat breaking out all over his skin. Something must’ve not discharged properly and he’d shocked himself by accident. It’s happened before. It’s fine. He’s fine.
He picks up his dropped flashlight, fingers clumsy, passes it to his mouth for a steadier hold and starts his checks over again.With one fort returned mid-mission due to a mechanical failure, Ken needs to find out what happened and fix it.
