Summary
They are two of the most prominent leading men in the world. Any movie starring one of them is practically guaranteed to be box office gold. Time and again their movies go head to head battling it out among critics and fans.
Victor Nikiforov is everybody’s heartbreaker with a smile and charm that can melt the hardest heart. Yuuri Katsuki is quiet and mysterious, a surprising mix of sweet and strong that has people falling all over themselves. And everyone knows the rivalry between them is legendary.
For years, their names have been pitted against each other, each fighting to come out on top whether it be at the box office, or the latest top-ten list of which celeb is most awesome for “whatever reason we could think up this week”.
Their managers have kept them apart for years, never allowing them to actually meet, but now a studio wants to cash in on both of their success by putting them in a movie together playing rivals and using that rivalry offscreen to promote the movie as well.
Everyone knows they hate each other and are eager to see the sparks fly, but no one knows what's really going on behind the scenes.

Summary
Ten minutes into gameplay and Yuuri’s found Victor’s secret to his monopoly on Monopoly.
Victor cheats. And he’s not even subtle about it. Oh he thinks he’s subtle, his constant smirk is clue enough that he’s feeling unbearably smug about his underhanded tactics. Whatever mask Victor wears for press conferences and handling his fans melts away in the face of tiny, primary colored plastic houses, and the metal Scottish Terrier game piece he snatches up as soon as Yuuri lifts the lid off of the box.
When Victor insists on being the Banker, Yuuri realizes he’s picked the wrong game.
When Victor insists that Russian Monopoly allows players to collect $400 for passing "Go", but refuses to give Yuuri more than $200 because “you’re clearly playing with Japanese rules, Yuuri,” Yuuri starts casting longing glances at Mystery Date.
When Victor insists that “in Russian Monopoly, a single house is actually a condominium complex, and since there are multiple residents paying rent, you have to pay me double for landing on Park Place,” Yuuri has to physically restrain himself from flipping the board.

Yuuri wakes up in Victor’s room the night after the Sochi Grand Prix Final banquet. Did they sleep together? No. Instead, last night, Drunk Yuuri taunted Victor that he hadn’t earned the right to get in his pants…and spelled out exactly what Victor would have to do to get there.
Now, Victor intends to do everything on that list…

“The conversation,” Victor says, “went something like this. You said I wasn’t getting in your pants that easily.”
Victor says this in a normal tone of voice. Anyone could hear him. Yuuri looks around, but if anyone is paying attention, they’re pretending not to.
“Naturally, I asked what I would have to do to get in your pants.”
“Ah.” Yuuri blushes. “How embarrassing. What do you mean, naturally? Why would you ask that?”
Victor tilts his head. “Because I want to get in your pants. I thought that much was obvious by now.”

They leave the store with a small bundle dangling from Victor’s left hand, his right laced with Yuuri’s own.
“I thought you were the one who hated shopping,” Victor says, pouting a little. Sometimes if he purses his lips just right Yuuri will try to kiss his pout away. Victor wishes that Yuuri would kiss his pouts away all the time, but he lives in hope that if he keeps trying he’ll improve his odds.
Yuuri swings their linked hands a little as they walk out of the store and back into the narrow street.
“Oh, well. Phichit and I used to do this all the time in Detroit.”
“You’d voluntarily go shopping with Phichit but not me?”
“He doesn’t treat shopping like he’s going for another Olympic gold.”
“Then he’s clearly doing it wrong.”
“Victor,” Yuuri says. “It was a different kind of competition. Like who could find the worst clothes. That sort of thing. Though sometimes we found ones we actually wanted.”
Victor taps a finger to his lips and squeezes his other hand where it’s laced with Yuuri’s. “Oh well. I guess that makes sense.”
“Really?”
“Well, it sort of explains your taste in ties.”
