    “Daddy?” Bruce froze at the kid's voice, and looked down. He expected the kid to be confused and looking at Jason, but instead he was looking right at Bruce. His eyes were big and wide, and the rest of his face was blank. He slowly let his hand fall from Jason’s.

    “Uh.” Bruce started, but suddenly, the kid was wrapping his arms around his leg and had a wide smile on his face.

    “Daddy!” The boy pushed his face into Bruce’s leg, and Bruce was at a loss for what to do.
