Summary
What happens when you’re forced to become the very thing you despise?
Ex-Auror Harry Potter, tossed out of the Ministry for something he had no control over, has been looking for a way back to his former life. When he comes across Draco Malfoy in the criminal underbelly of Wizarding London and in need of protection, Harry figures bringing him in to face the Ministry's justice is his ticket back to everything he's lost.
But nothing is exactly as it seems. Not even Harry himself. And as he gets drawn further and further into Malfoy's world of honour and deception he finds himself questioning everything he thought he knew—about his childhood nemesis, the Ministry job he misses so much, and most of all, about himself.

Emotion was building in Harry’s throat. “This is very interesting Draco,” he admitted, aiming for casual but knowing the shaking of his hands was giving him away, “but how do we get back?”
Draco’s face crumpled. “I’m sorry Harry, there is no way back.” It was like a bell had been struck inside Harry’s head - all he could hear was ringing. “There’s no where to go back to,” Draco moaned. “He wasn’t just trying to travel in time - he was trying to obliterate his own.” Draco choked on his tears. “There’s nothing ahead of this to travel to yet Harry.” He let out a few more hiccuping tears before finally suppressing his noises of pain. “There is no going back,” he whispered.

Harry had known working at the Department of Mysteries came with risks, but he never would have expected it to destroy his entire life. Now, trapped as his 14 year old self just after the resurrection of Voldemort with Draco Malfoy for company, they must try and figure out how to move forward.

BEST OMG i love everything about this i might cry that its all over. i loved the epilogue even and sometimes i lose interest but it really was spectacular. (*spoilers*) i loved how harry and draco fell in love, how they grieved and communicated, how harry dealt with sirius and his imperfect parenting, how voldemort was dealt with. i loved the DA and magic theory, i loved the characters and their traits, nothing was out of place. i loved their future together, i loved their children i loved draco and molly together as a family, i loved harry and draco and i loved their love for each other. i loved this story so much

Summary
Looking at Harry Potter, the Savior of the Wizarding World, curled in on himself on a classroom floor, Draco can't help but think of that scared sixteen-year-old version of himself. All he wanted was for someone to help, to save him from his own choices. And here he is, with Harry Potter pooled before him like blood on tile, needing the same.
Draco takes a hesitant step forward. He's on the edge of something, though he doesn't know what it is yet. But there's a choice before him, one he almost doesn't want to make.
Draco's been the potions master at Hogwarts for four years. At the beginning of his fifth year, everything looks like it'll be smooth sailing. That is, until the new Defense against the Dark Arts teacher arrives and throws all of Draco's well-considered plans out the window.
