Summary
Jiyong doesn't know what he does with his life. He fights, gets hurt, goes clubbing, hangs out with friends. He's done with people hurting him and all he does is fight and pretty himself up for clubbing. He wanders the streets of New York, kohl around his eyes, making him look fierce as he picks fights. He's a dog on the loose, really.
Until he gets mobbed. It's not a rare thing; it happens all the time until he meets a rich, intoxicating man outside the dark alleyways between the buildings.

After the blood plague spread, it left inhumane powers to those who were affected. To those that were given powers, were also left with abnormal markings from the plague-make it their hair, their eyes, or even markings on their skin. They were both blessed and cursed.
Jiyong has been plagued by the blood fever and it had left him as it his mercy, leaving him alive but marked as well. His hair turned white and scars adorned his skin. Sometimes Grace will make a departure from his usual dreadful t-shirts and putter around the ship in a tank top; on those occasions, Simon gets a glimpse of the splattering of moles down his back and arms. They all seem to fit well—one on his collarbone, a couple on his shoulder blade, even more clustered down on his hips in the rare, treasured glances Simon gets when Grace stretches for a switch high above his head. As if they've all been placed individually and lovingly on his body.
Whatever created this angel must have loved him very much, Simon thinks, and always looks away before Grace can push his glasses back onto his nose and catch him staring.
OR from what little information Simon has about angels, they don't wear t-shirts with painful slogans, and they don't trip over things all the time, and he would've thought they would be able to hear. This one isn't like that.

In Grace's opinion, dreaming about time traveling is no excuse for getting out of practice with his Eridian.
