Deaton turned to him, offering a private smile before inclining his head slightly. “Very comforting, Scott, thank you. But,” he looked between them, “I’m not the Emissary they’re coming after.”
Derek frowned and shared a look with Scott, who looked as confused as he did.
“What do you mean?” Scott asked. “What other Emissary is there?”

"Oh! Hello Hinata!" Rin smiled, tail perking and then going still and lax as he realized it wasn't who he was really waiting for. That gave Ryuuji a little relief, as he silently continued his… staring, stalking? Observation.
"What's up? Whatcha got there?" Her fingers dug into the paper. The crinkle loud in his human ears that were starting to pound loud and louder.
"Well I-I just, uhm." Really — it was like a scene straight out of Renzou's romance manga's. The sun shining brightly, an oblivious but sweet boy. A nervous but pretty girl, they just needed sakura petals fluttering down like gentle rain to make it perfect.
Ryuuji could've puked all his food up in disgust, but then that would mean he sinfully wasted the beautiful breakfast Rin had made for him.

Rin shoots up like a rocket with an indignant screech. Wet hair obscuring his vision and mouth making "ppft" noises as he spat out freshwater.
"Ryuuji!" Pale fingers push wet hair from flaring blue eyes. The sight only made Ryuuji laugh harder, the force of his smile so strong his cheeks were beginning to ache. "How could you? That shit was freezing!"
To emphasize his point, the whipping tail cracked against the water. Throwing water against handsome features.
Broad arms shoot up to weakly defend himself from the halfling, his garbled complaints hidden by the rippling of broken surface and droplets raining back down. In retaliation, he swings his arm underneath the water, creating a small wave to smack around Rin's hips.
Rin yelps. And Ryuuji takes the opportunity to lunge forward, wrapping his arms around Rin's waist and pulling the halflings chest flush to his.
"Oh, hi." Rin sputters, giggling.
"Hello." Ryuuji greets back, then kisses his boyfriend within an inch of his life.
