“Wilson?”
House shifted, slow and deliberate, letting his head slide down until it rested in Wilson’s lap with a careless plop. He lay there on his stomach like a man surrendering to gravity, his hands clutching Wilson's thigh— head lifted, pale eyes fixed on Wilson’s. The light caught on his face just right, making the alcohol-flushed pink burn against the faint gray of exhaustion.
“Let’s get married,” House slurred.
Wilson froze for a heartbeat. His cheeks tinted, Lips parting, then closed them again. He knew better—it was drunk, delirious babbling — but House’s eyes held a rare kind of clarity, the kind that lodged itself behind Wilson's ribs.
“I’ll even wear m’wedding ring…” House added, voice slurring, “…once a year. Pinky promise.”
Wilson let out a quiet breath, his fingers finding their way into the mess of House’s hair, combing gently. “Slow down,” he murmured.“This is month seven.”
“Month seven of giving it a title,” House muttered, eyes half-lidded. “Month one ninety-three of homoerotic tension without one.” He clicked his tongue, shifting onto his side to face Wilson’s stomach. “Wealready took 'r sweet, sweet time.”

“Come on, let me help take it off your mind,” he offered suggestively. His left hand moved from his shoulder and instead cupped the side of his face, turning it to face him.’

Summary
An entirely reasonable amount of mistletoe, according to House.
An entirely unreasonable number of kisses, according to Wilson. He rubbed a hand over his face, then looked back up at the mistletoe like it personally betrayed him. “I don’t even know where you got that much mistletoe,” he muttered.
House’s mouth quirked. “I have resources.”Bookmarked by crowleys_pockets

Summary
House lays his gaze over Wilson, trying to get a proper eyeful before rationality takes over and forces him to slip back into his clinical trench coat. “Med school already knocking years off your life?”
“Just inches, actually,” Wilson says absently before his grin cracks again. “Not where they count, thank god.” House feels himself flush, clutching onto Wilson's quick wit in an attempt to stop searching for actual meaning in the words. His rich, sparkling brown eyes can't seem to decide whether to meet House's or to drag over his torso. “You look good.”
Following his mind's insufferable tangent, House fails to control his impulses, responding as soon as the words pop into his head. “Right back at you, kiddo.”
Or: House is in desperate need of a favor, one that he can easily cash in from an acquaintance that owes it to him.

Summary
Wilson took a final drag of the cigarette and offered it to House, the smoke circling aimlessly between them in secret, tar-stained confession.
He looked up at House then, really looked, and wondered if his eyes were truly blue or if the city’s melancholy somehow reflected in them.
I know you, Wilson looked. I know you as well, House looked back.
To hell with dying, he thought.
New Jersey, 2006. House is drunk; Wilson answers the call.
He will never, ever regret picking up the receiver.

Summary
Wilson followed House’s gaze down to the final results—it was easy enough to read the bold, green letters upside down reading OPERABLE.
He was going to live.
There were many things he’d learned were true he’d stayed in denial about. Three of those he admitted to himself, right then and there, wham!-wham!-wham!—that he liked when House looked at him that way, that life really could begin at forty-six, and that he’d wanted to kiss his best friend since at least the dot-com crash.
Wilson kissed him.

An alternative writing of what comes between S3 E10, "Merry Little Christmas," and S3 E11, “Words and Deeds,” and beyond. Things spiral after House’s unaddressed attempt on his life, and he and Wilson have some long-overdue serious conversations. That doesn't mean they're good at it, though.

Summary
Aziraphale Z. Fell is a rising star of the spiritual literary genre - the next Eat Pray Love guy - and his version of Chicken Soup For the Christian Soul is flying off the shelves. It's not that he's not grateful, but it's one thing to enjoy a career in writing and another completely to be pigeonholed into a specific genre, so much so that you are almost forbidden from writing anything else.
So yes, maybe he has a bit of a secret. An outlet for his less... appropriate urges. And yes, if his typical readership got word of the sort of paragraphs he could put out on a particularly inspired night, they might suffer some form of heart attack typical for their age.
But all of that is well hidden, and there is absolutely no way anyone would ever find out about his Arrangement with A.J. Crowley - the most debaucherous romantic fiction author of the decade.
That is... until they have to pretend to be married to each other.- Language:

Summary
Just like that, Crowley was gone. 6,000 years of friendship wiped away in a moment. Aziraphale’s heart shattered. This wasn’t how it was supposed to happen. It was supposed to be Aziraphale and Crowley leading Heaven together, Aziraphale and Crowley protecting humanity just like they always had done, always would do. They were supposed to be happy.
Or, Aziraphale wonders where it all went wrong. The penultimate scene of season 2 from Aziraphale’s POV.

Summary
“He stops counting the days, eventually. Marks them with sketches instead. That one of a duck, that one of Bentley, that one of a cottage and a tree and a far distant downland under a soft evening sun. He thinks that one must be mostly imagination.”
Crowley searches for ways to pass the time after Aziraphale leaves for Heaven. Drawing doesn't come easily to a demon but it does fill the hours at least.

Summary
The year is 1912, and one angel and one demon's lives are about to change forever as they embark on the fateful maiden voyage of the R.M.S. Titanic - and a relationship utterly forbidden by both Heaven and Hell.
Rating and warnings for Chapter 13, the rest being far more mild. Some slight amendments to the 2011 FanFiction version, nothing major.
Once again, I apologise to the fandom for reading a comedy and writing a tragedy.

Summary
When they turn around they see Muriel exit the bookshop and make their way, once more, to the French restaurant.
Nina frowns.
“Are they seriously back to not talking again? They were fine with face to face meetings just a week ago.”
Maggie sighs again. She’s been doing a lot of sighing lately.
“Mr. Fell seems to have hit a nerve with what he said to Mr. Crowley last time.”
“Really? What did he say?”
“The days are getting colder,” Maggie quotes Aziraphale, “please take care of yourself.”
“Ah.” Nina nods, watching the street lamps by the bookshop come to life. “That would do it.”
---
(or: Aziraphale and Crowley may be stubborn, but they're notoriously bad at staying cross with each other. In less important news, the world is ending.)
