Summary
Buck is well and truly stuck. And since he’s alone, has been for maybe an hour or two now, no matter how much he struggles or jerks or yanks, he isn’t getting off this chair. But somehow, that isn’t even the scariest part.
No, the scariest part, is the tips of three blades he can feel pushing against his back. Not hard, just enough so if he moves too much, he can feel them scraping against his shirt. He can’t see the contraption the masked men have set up behind him, but he’s not really sure he wants to, because just a few metres from him he can see the faint outline of a trip wire, raised about a foot off the floor. Buck just hopes he has a chance to tell Eddie how he really feels before he bleeds out.
Or, Buck's bad luck strikes again as he finds himself in the middle of a revenge scheme that looks like it was taken directly out of a corny horror movie, but Eddie's there with him, so maybe it'll all work out.

Summary
“Grenade.” Buck whispers, the word leaving his lips in a shaky breath, and Eddie doesn’t even have a chance to let it sink in, because Buck is lunging for him, already yelling, “EDDIE, GET BACK - ”
There’s a blinding flash of light. A boom so loud it rattles his teeth. It’s all terrifyingly familiar.
And he’s barely able to lift his arms to cover his face before there’s a body colliding with his, and he’s flying, crashing, hurtling through the air. For a moment they’re weightless, and all he knows is a fiery heat and an all-consuming dread, until there’s the sickening jolt of his body cracking against the floor, and unconsciousness snatches him away completely.

Or, Eddie thinks the most difficult thing he'll have to do today is tell Buck he broke up with Ana, but then they both get caught in a grenade explosion, and it all get's a whole lot more complicated.
