Summary
So… Arahabaki was sentient now. Which was… something.
Chuuya wasn’t drunk enough for this but the alcohol that was in his system seemed to have mellowed out the gods’ more cannibalistic mutterings. Not by much but enough that Chuuya was able to put that particular catastrophe on the back burner.
“So, you’ve been asleep for the last…” he tilted his head to the side as he thought, cheeks flushed from the wine, “…eighteen years? Or is it eleven?”
Our body did not exist until eleven years ago; we existed but this body did not
… well that answered his questions about whether or not he had been grown in a test tube.
TLDR: Arahabaki is sentient, Chuuya is having a fucking blast and Dazai is just wondering what happened.

At last, the petals unfolded, opening to the warmth of the morning sun that spilled across his face.

Viktor found himself surrounded by a ring of small yellow flowers.
Viktor has the ability to create and manipulate plants; this changes everything and, at the same time, nothing at all.

“You gave Singed your name,” Viktor says bluntly, “Offered it up on a platter, and he took it from you. He holds your name now, and he is free to command you as he sees fit.”
Jayce’s brain short-circuits. “What?”
Viktor walks over to one of the many piles of books and picks up one of the thicker, dustier tomes. “Humans are all the same,” he mutters. “You all are obsessed with the arcane and what can be done with it, but you never take the time to learn the rules.”

After Viktor goes missing, Jayce takes matters into his own hands, then accidentally gets himself imprisoned right alongside his partner. Or, the fae-au.

Jinx grinned down at him, hanging from the rafters upside down, long braids almost brushing the floor, idly playing with her binoculars.
“Next time,” he said, coolly, slamming the lid shut. “I need you to warn me before we get into trouble.”
“And what would be the fun in that?”
“I do not enjoy being chased down by a brute with a giant hammer, believe it or not.”
“Sure you don’t,” Jinx sighed, long suffering, lolling a little before lifting herself back up to place her hand on the rafter, letting her legs and then herself drop mutedly on the carpet. “Like that isn’t basically foreplay, for the two of you—”
“Jinx.”

“You’re not gonna believe this,” Ekko says, slightly out of breath. “So I’m hustling Talis down at the forge, right? And I’m giving him the works.”
He ticks off ‘the works’ on his fingers as he elaborates, “I complimented his work, I name dropped Councilor Medarda, I went on and on about how much her investment really means to us, since you know their families are like this,” he crosses two fingers together tightly.
An effective visual, surely, had Viktor actually been looking.
“Then, I mentioned our project scaling up and he hooked it up for free.”
That, finally, gets Viktor’s full attention. He spins around on his stool, flipping his goggles onto his forehead. The heavy thud of Ekko’s haul is enough to imply just how big of a ‘hook up’ this was.
“What exactly did you say to him?”
