Summary
The sight makes Max laugh again, even harder, until he’s breathless. His hands are still against Charles, but they’re both leaning in now, foreheads bumping together in a way that would probably be painful if Max could feel anything right now.
“This is insane,” he breathes.
“What is?”
Max isn’t sure. This conversation. This entire night. The last few weeks that they’ve spent accidentally ending up in all the same places.
“I thought you were gonna hit me,” he says, instead of answering. “That last time? In the coffee shop, y’know.”
“Were you hoping that I would?"
Max doesn’t know how to explain that he’s been waiting to feel the impact for twenty years.

Or: Charles can't stop running, Max wants to disappear, and fate is not done with these two yet.

Summary
Miami's humidity does what suppressant patches were never built for. It loosens them, slow and sticky, until eight years of careful management starts seeping out at the seams.
Max has been managing his biology since he was sixteen. He can manage one weekend. He could, anyway, if Charles Leclerc were not paying very close attention. He could, anyway, if Charles Leclerc were not the only alpha in the paddock who has ever made him want to stop managing at all.
A one-shot about a faulty patch, a Mediterranean breeze that isn't supposed to exist this far west, and what happens when an alpha who has been very polite for nine months stops being polite at sunset.

The lights from the harbor reflected faintly in Charles' eyes.
"You know," Charles said slowly, "sometimes I think we're both very stupid."

Bookmarker's Notes
Because the rules had changed, the grid had grown up, and people were getting married in white suits across the courtyard.
And Max was still standing in the grass, watching the red kart disappear around the corner, waiting for a lap that was never going to come.
Fucking beautiful

“Can you come home today, sensei?”
Could he, would he, should he.
“…I cant.”
Couldn’t, wouldn’t, shouldn’t.
“I’m sorry.”
They both were. It was their anthem at this point.

When the letters stopped coming, when the clapping turned to silence, when the Hero Association only called when they were really desperate, that was when Genos noticed the change. Admiration, adoration, thankfulness, even hate and jealously towards Saitama.
It had all turned to fear.~
Such power must be contained, such power must be confined.

People seem to think Genos believes the sun shines out of Saitama’s ass when Genos knows for a fact that the sun only shines off of Saitama’s bald head.
OR Where Genos knows that Saitama is selfish and self-motivated and painfully normal and loves him anyway.

Genos apologized at the end of the fight, like he always did when Saitama had to help him stand or gather his parts or just flat out carry what was left of him. But it bothered Saitama that Genos was apologizing for failing to defeat the monster, rather than failing to keep himself unharmed.

“Starting today, you’ll be wearing shirts with a little pocket on the front.”
“Is there something special about shirt pockets, sensei? Do you believe they were a part of the secret to your strength?”
“Nope. But they’ll be a part of yours.”

Genos stares. For a very long time, because he’s standing in the street with one shoe on, fighting a half-naked man who’s threatening to eat his other shoe, and now there’s an actual naked bald man with one raised eyebrow like he can’t even tell Genos is on his way to short-circuiting. “Oh.”
(Either this 'Saitama' guy has very bad luck, or he genuinely enjoys getting attacked by monsters every week.
Genos, for the life of him, can't tell which.)

Shit.
The word buzzed around Saitama’s skull like a mosquito, one he truly had no chance of squashing between his fingers. Shit, he thought, observing his disciple/roommate/best friend as he scrubbed furiously at a spot on the floor with a rag. He was on his knees, bent forward slightly, putting all his weight into removing an ugly soy sauce stain.
The straps of the apron fell as if to purposefully frame his ass.
Fucking shit.

Genos always hated the thought of being an omega, so when Kuseno rebuilt him out of metal and wire, he told the doctor to leave out his glands. Make him a beta, no one would know.
Then he met Saitama, and things were not so simple anymore.

Summary
It wasn’t every day that your disciple got his ass kicked so hard he didn’t recognize you.
Or, for that matter, that he declared his love for you in between poor machine gun impressions.
Based on a prompt by batneko: Genos gets his eyes damaged and doesn’t realize his hearing was damaged too. Saitama doesn’t want to worry him, so when Genos mistakes him for a civilian he just goes with it. Genos gushes about his sensei.

Curiosity piqued, Genos clicked on the suggested link. Nothing could have prepared him for the top result:
“Netflix and chill, as a distinct phrase, means to watch Netflix with a romantic prospect, with the eventual expectation of…” Genos blanched “…sexual activity.”
The screen blurred out of focus except for those two fateful words, which bounced around his titanium skull like a pinball. Sexual activity. Sexual activity. Sexual…
“Of course, sensei.” Genos’ earlier, nonchalant response rang in the cyborg’s ears. So he had just agreed to, to…make love for the first time in his life like it was doing the dishes?!
A few weeks into their fledgling relationship, Genos unwittingly agrees to do it with Saitama. It's the stuff of dreams, literally. The only problem?
Genos has no idea what he's doing. How in the world was he, war machine and virgin extraordinaire, going to handle the introduction of naked skin, wandering hands, and Saitama’s huge–
It's fine, he can do this! After all, he's the Demon Cyborg, ever cool, calm, and collected. Just play it cool!
(Spoiler: Genos does not play it cool)
