    It didn’t help, but Martyn just nodded. 'It wouldn’t be the same as when he and I built it,' Martyn thought.

     

    Pearl goes back to working on ship repairs with Mumbo and Impulse. They were doing their best, they were. Martyn wasn’t angry at them, he was angry at himself. Why couldn’t it have been him that day that–

     

    His thoughts were cut off by Gem coming back with food. She’d searched the island pretty well. Gem was quite the strategist and always knew how to survive the longest with the limited amount of resources given.
