The rolled up pant-leg of his sweats reveals fainted bruises over his skin, garnering at his knee. Paul sits down on the bed without a need to be invited, a slight frown concerning his face. “What’s up with your leg?”
So many questions. Tyler is not surprised. They haven’t even talked today, and the time for that is getting limited.
From Paul, Tyler shifts his gaze to his knee.
“It hurts,” Tyler flexes his ankle, admitting what he’s tried to ignore. “More than usual.”
