He smiled at her, leaning down as always to envelop her much smaller frame as they spun and spun. Everything else seemed to fade away as he and his wife stared into each other’s eyes, full of light and joy. His breath caught when he saw how very sparkly her cerulean blues had become, how free and happy she seemed.
It was truly his greatest blessing in life to be allowed the privilege of soaking up just a bit of her light.
