Nomura, Nari, Strickler, Toby... All gone. All dead if Jim doesn't do something.
That something? Travel back in time all the way to the beginning and do better. Get Strickler and his mom together, save his long dead friends and make Toby the Trollhunter.Only nothing is as straight forward as that.
Because the amulet is now split between him and Toby, the original and the new Trollhunter, which is really not what he had in mind. And it seems as if he might be able to unlock some of his friends memories with daylight...This is going to be a fix it with a focus on Jim, keeping characters IN character and giving changelings their rights. Because they were done dirty in the movie.

Summary
Walter Strickler, along with his wife Barbara Lake and son Jim, are a normal, happy family.
That is until Walter’s life is abruptly cut short after a trip to Freddy fazbear’s Pizzeria goes awry, and he ends up murdered in a backroom by a strange man in a golden rabbit animatronic suit...Body hidden in one of the animatronic mascots.
Only this isn't where Walter’s story ends, not by a long shot...
Spirit bound to possess one of the animatronics, hope is almost all lost, when a chance encounter with a wizard sees him eventually reunited with his family, gaining a new body, or two, in the process, and battling both the darkness within— and without.
(This is a crossover between Trollhunters and Five Night's at Freddy's, while knowledge of either isn't necessarily needed, being somewhat aware of Trollhunters would probably help xd)

Summary
A collection of oneshots in regards to our favourite Doctor and changeling duo for Stricklake month 2025.
Week one prompt: Villain— Barbara thinks she knows who's the villain and who's the hero in Arcadia, but she's about to find out that appearances can be deceiving. And there's something familiar about the supposed villain Stricklander she can't place...
Week two prompt: Fae— Attempting to find her son Jim who disappeared in fae lands nine years ago, Barbara joined the Iron Order of knights. Now, she has finally tracked him to Arcadia, the domain of the fae lord Stricklander. Only he isn't what she expected at all. Nor is his connection to Jim.
Week three prompt: Timetravel— Walter Strickler thinks its only chance that leads him to Barbara Lake, after an encounter with eight-year-old Jim Lake Jr. Happily engaged to Barbara after two years together, the peace is broken when Jim reveals he's a timetraveler. Summary

And then a human is chosen as the Trollhunter and Stricklander, Douxie and Bular find a joint purpose. Because maybe, just maybe he might be the key to everything...
Alternate universe where Strickler is a full troll and leader of the Gumm-Gumm's and cursed by Merlin, Gunmar was his first general, and escapes the Darklands thanks to Unkar the Unfortunate,Bular has many doubts, and Jim is caught between a huge mess as always.

Summary
A series of (mostly) disconnected post RoTT fix-it fics exploring where the movie left off. To different extents.
Challenging Destiny is the main timeline, exploring myths old and new, changelings and their rights, memory restoration and plenty of time-travel, angst and fluffy found family.
It Gets Easier, namely a AU of an AU , diverges from Challenging Destiny with regards to Angor Rot joining Barbara and Strickler in a relationship.
Awaken, an AU of Challenging Destiny, wherein Strickler wakes up early after Jim resets time and is chosen to bear the mantle of Trollhunter. Plenty of angst, whump and knife family feels for avocado man.

Summary
Jim should know better by now.
However, he doesn’t, and it shows through each of his actions — he should know better than to expect the best outcome, and know that life’s lemons hold no juice, that the pith is thick and bitters the rest of it. There is no lemonade to be made, nor can the zest be used either. Truly nothing culinarily good can come from it.
So, instead, Jim makes use of said fateful fruit by pelting his enemies, too bitter and sour himself, and always a bit of Toby's shadow.
After resetting the timeline, Jim does not resume being the Trollhunter. A calculated risk he's taken. Of course, he sets a new timeline in motion with that one choice of not being Merlin's chosen trollhunter. He's made ripples in the past, and events that might not be able to be altered.
What will await them at the end of the world?
