When Lloyd returns from his mission in the museum, something's wrong. Very, very wrong.
Because that's not Lloyd. It's his body, but still not Lloyd.
Shortly after fighting whoever was controlling him, things just had to get worse.
Not only were they controlling his body. They also knows (actually knows) them— and of course, they didn't like the Ninja.
But if that's the case.. Why were they obsessed with their friend, Kai?? That doesn't make sense at all.
Cole knew he had a bad feeling since that morning, but he didn't know it was this bad!!!

Season 4 but Morro's obsessed with Kai and Cole gets angry (jealous) at this.
(Poor Lloyd, he does NOT like all the thoughts that freak his having about his older brother.)

What if Kai never became a ninja? What if everyone else followed script, not realizing there was a thread out of place? What happens when an old ghost finds a new purpose for that thread.
And what happens when that thread choses to weave its own fate instead?
(A Kai antihero/villain fic in which he stuck to his original convictions and didn’t ever truly become a ninja. Morro comes along and finds an explosive amount of potential in what he believes is a kindred and powerful spirit. Chaos ensues. A lot of mess and explored dynamics, along with a healthy dose of nuancing current character point I either felt were under-discussed or thought would be fun additions. Hope you enjoy!)

Along with that, he isn't over the monsters he faced in the land of monsters, and they are coming back to bite him, physically and emotionally...

Kai turned to see a guy with messy black hair and olive skin. When Kai looked into his eyes he saw they were black, as black as the vampires he killed. Kai’s face drained and tossed a lame excuse before storming of down the hallway. He threw himself through the first mens bathroom he saw and locked himself in a stall. Nya was friends with a vampire, I have to kill Nya’s friend. Kai really hated this job.
