Your chest felt tight, like a lead weight pressing down on your chest, making it hard to breathe. The air seemed to grow thick and stifling, making you feel suffocated.
Your heart was racing in your chest, its rhythm quick and uneven. Every breath came out shaky and labored, as if each inhale and exhale was a struggle to fill and empty your lungs. The feeling of helplessness and fear was overwhelming, making it hard to think or focus on anything else besides the tightness in your chest.
You felt like you were about to throw up. Your stomach was twisting into knots, mouth becoming dry and jaw clenching. You tried to take a deep breath, but the air felt thick and heavy in your chest, it was as if your lungs were being slowly constricted. The nausea was overwhelming.
