This time, Niki can see more of what it actually is. Humanoid, for sure. Tall, much taller than her. The brown is a cloak, one that hangs down to the snow, and Niki realises all too slowly that she recognises that cloak.
By the time that the thought has processed fully in her head, Niki has dropped to her knees, dropping her knife in the snow, eyes wide, head spinning.

Summary
Wilbur has never minded being alone; he's never prefered it either, but he's never minded it. It isn't the end of the world to be alone, and Wilbur has most certainly gone through worse. He thinks that being stabbed in the stomach by his father and left to bleed out on his own, leading to years of literal hell, is much worse than being alone.
But right now, he feels as if nothing could ever manage to compare to the raw terror he feels building up in his chest at the prospect of being alone once again.

Dream breathes out sharply, staring at the face of the man who matches the wanted poster Sapnap gave him earlier.
Dream stares at George, and George stares back at him, his perfect eyebrows raising up to his forehead, his beautiful brown and blue eyes looking both bored and amused at the same time.
"What?" George asks, that stupid southern accent rolling off of his tongue, perfect just like the rest of him. His voice is smooth and low, overconfident and cocky and full of snark. "Cat got your tongue? Or am I just that good looking?" George leans forwards a little, and Dream feels his heartbeat skyrocket, his heart leaping up to his throat, his chest tightening.
Alternatively, King Dream falls in love with an incredibly wanted criminal - George Loric.

"I don't know what I did wrong to get you to look at me like that." Dream says, the words are so eerily familiar that it hurts, like a sharp pain to his chest, hands wrapping around his throat and tugging back, strangling him until he can't breathe, let alone think. The words hurt him more than he could say, they hit deep inside of his brain and wrap around his cortex, strangling him and making his mind alight.

And with those few words, the whispers in the wind call out warnings and tales of heartbreak to him, warning him of what will happen if he allows Ranboo to stay with them.
Naivety, Tubbo thinks to himself as he ignores the whispers in the wind, really is a funny word.
Tubbo is a logical God with little to no room for naivety or stupidity, he takes no chances or risks, and he keeps tabs on the other four Gods he's been paired with.
However, that seems to all leave him as soon as he meets Ranboo, the God of memories who can't even remember his own name.

Summary
Tommy might be the God of the sun, but that doesn't mean Tubbo wasn't the person who lit up his world. The world is bleak without him, empty and a void of nothingness. Tommy walks along the coastline and quietly wonders to himself when everything went to shit, and he thinks it's around the time that Tubbo sacrificed his life for him.

We have to stop this, because it's going to turn into something more, and you and me, Dream," George glances up at him, "we're not good for each other. We enable each other, we fuel our bad habits. We're going to crash and burn and blow up, we're too different to work. You know this. I know this. I don't want to, I don't want to know that, but I do. You know I'm right, Dream."
Dream looks away, a pained noise escaping the back of his throat. "I know," he agrees. "I know. Okay. I'll..I'll get your stuff, I'll help you pack," Dream pauses, standing up off of the couch, watching as George does the same. "Do you think we'll talk?" He asks. "When you leave. Will we still talk?" He pauses. "Or is this it? Is this the end for us, George? For everything?" George looks away, his eyes soft and sad and hurt.
"I don't know," he admits. "I don't know for sure. I guess we'll find out."
Dream breathes out, offering George a bittersweet, pained smile, watching as George does the same. "I guess we'll find out." He echoes, feeling his heart shatter in his chest.

Ranboo takes a step back, letting Dream get a few more steps of foot room before he pushes back against the other man, walking forward with his sword pressed against Dream's, shoving the knight further back with every step forward that he takes. Dream drops to the ground, rolling quickly to the side. Ranboo stumbles, but only for a second before he regains his balance, throwing up his sword to block Dream's next strike.
Ranboo would say that he's a hell of a lot better at being a knight than Dream is.

Sam's armour glints in the dim lighting of the room before Dream's own personal cell, lava reflecting and lining the Netherite, shining brightly and contrasting against everything in the prison.
George is going to kill him.
