Die drei Fragezeichen untersuchen für einen Fall Einbrüche bei ein paar abgedrehten Influencern in LA, bei denen angeblich verfluchte Gegenstände hinterlassen werden.
Bob ist währenddessen absolut blind für den riesigen, winkenden Zaunpfahl vor seiner Nase. Er datet wild umher und fragt sich, warum er nie tiefere Gefühle aufbaut. Und er verbringt eh viel lieber einfach Zeit mit Peter. Ob er wohl drauf kommt, wenn die drei Fragezeichen im Laufe ihres Falls die Bekanntschaft einer queeren Freundesgruppe machen?

Eine Auftraggeberin spendiert den drei Fragezeichen eine Kreuzfahrt, damit sie dort einen Verdächtigen beschatten. Dabei führt eine unerwartete Wendung dazu, dass Bob und Peter ständig zu zweit sind. Aber das wird doch nichts zwischen ihnen verändern, oder? Und ganz nebenbei nimmt ihr Fall plötzlich lebensgefährliche Ausmaße an. – Na dann: Leinen los!
Oder: Bob ist ein bisschen (sehr) liebeskrank und Peter ist ein bisschen (sehr) verblendet – eingerahmt von zu vielen Boot-Witzen von Milo und Chris. Let the shipping begin ;)

Peter fängt auf einmal an, beim Schultheater mitzuspielen, und das war sonst immer Bobs Sache. Und sowieso sucht Peter ständig Bobs Nähe und macht Andeutungen...
Aber Peter steht nicht auf Bob, da ist sich Bob sicher. Wie sollte er auch? Peter ist hetero und Bob ist kein Mädchen.
Und selbst wenn Peter auf ihn stünde, würde das nur heißen, dass er Bob als Mädchen wahrnimmt - was noch schlimmer wäre. Also bleibt Bob nichts anderes übrig, als zu verzweifeln und abends im Bett in sein Kissen zu schreien. Oder?

Bob zieht sich zurück. Er kann nicht wirklich etwas dagegen tun. Es passiert einfach. Und der Letzte, mit dem er darüber reden könnte, ist Peter. Aber vielleicht wäre es doch mal ganz sinnvoll, wenn die beiden sich endlich mal aussprechen würden. Vielleicht kommt dann ja doch alles anders als Bob denkt.
