Burnin takes a couple of moments to blink at him before she answers with a counterquestion. “What did Hawks do?”

She sends him one of those ‘seriously, you gotta ask’ looks before she elaborates. “Well, who else if not that bird would get you to a point where you'd ask questions like that?”
“I guess you win this one. And he didn't do anything really. Well- aside from what he always does.”

She chuckles. “Ok Boss, now tell me what is really going on between the two of you.”
Enji sighs. So this is it. The moment where he'll let someone else in on his secret.
