Fruit of the Spirit

Summary:

Kate's love life has gone nowhere for most of her adulthood; anything that gives her hope just fizzles out in a few dates. Confused about what she's doing wrong and why no man seems to kindle a spark in her quite like her best friend Max, she starts a dating blog to seek advice and figure it all out.

  Kate July 14th

Hello, everyone, my name is Kate Marsh. I’m a 25-year-old single Christian woman working and studying to become a librarian. It's my life goal to leave this world a little bit better than I found it, and if I’m lucky, just maybe, I’ll find love along the way!

My therapist suggested that I should make a blog detailing my struggles dating as a straight Christian woman who wants to wait until marriage, and I think it’s a wonderful idea, so here I am! 

It’s so hard to find a man willing to wait until marriage, it seems like it’s just all about sex sex sex with them, even the ones who say they want to wait. Not that a man has really kept my attention for very long so far, but I just know that Mr. Right is out there somewhere! 

If anyone has any tips for dating like this (especially while finishing up a master’s degree), please let me know!

PS: Yes, the title of this blog is from one of my favorite bible verses, Galatians 5:22-23.
