He also installed graphic images in her mind with the grievous injuries he described. The girl looked close to tears and ended up running away.
Tighnari sighs, pinching in between his brows, probably to soothe a headache of some kind.

” Tighnari tries to regain the focus of the raving audience. “And the answer is, yeah, this has happened, unfortunately. People think they can just start collecting in these types of areas for cheap. While that’s not wrong, they way they go about it definitely is. I mean, that girl was close to getting her eyes scraped. They need to stop doing dangerous things confidently when they are only going to get hurt– dear audience, please do your research, I’m begging you.
“As for the second part… uhm, if you guys know Kaveh, I’ve yelled at him before,” Tighnari laughs, a fond look in his eyes. “But he took it in stride and came back the next day, so I offered to help him. We’ve been friends since, he really is a good person. I’m gonna be honest, though, he talks about Alhaitham way too much.”

Eventually, he pulled up a few drawings. The first one was of a sparkling eyed man in green robes, standing next to a curly haired and sharp chinned man dressed in black. He had a red mark on his forehead. It was drawn a little crudely, with the difference in proportions being great and the arms being very thin.
“Okay, uh, roasting…” Kaveh looked apprehensive, “first of all, it looks– it looks like it took a lot of effort to make! I appreciate that! And I love the way you drew the eyes, the shading there was very nice. However… I do have to ask how old you are, considering that this drawing looks like an eight year old just found out what the airbrush tool was. It’s very uneven and it looks very splotchy, though I see you tried to apply some bounce light? ‘A’ for effort, I suppose, since I can’t credit it for much else.”

Okay, I know these characters too, and they look absolutely awful. I will keep it short since it seems quite a few of you can’t read, but the man on the right doesn’t have straight hair. He is also not flat armed, he is muscular, having fought dangerous beasts. And his nose definitely is not as sharp and curvy.

Kaveh glanced away from the art, as if trying to will himself to roast it more. He failed. He apologized and started redlining some of the anatomy and adjusting the lighting. He explained the reasoning and process along the way. If you were watching the thing, it wouldn’t look all that different: he only made it less blotchy and adjusted the anatomy. At the end, he compared the original to his version– and his version looked a lot better.

He talks about his insufferable personality, his looks and how hard he was to draw despite being handsome, and the one time they had gone out for coffee together, courtesy of him, and was told that he had to pay for the drinks. Kaveh was not aware of the conversation going on in chat, continuing to ramble about Alhaitham. Eventually, someone donated $30 for him to
‘get on with the stream and just make another to ramble abt alhaitham atp,’
so he apologized profusely and continued on with a, “You know, if I could make you take back your donations, I would.”
Alhaitham gazed at his computer screen, the white light illuminating his face. There was a window beside him, letting in the patter of the rain. He continued typing, making satisfying clicking sounds on the keyboard, but no one knew what. It didn’t matter, though, since everyone came here for one of three reasons: one, they genuinely wanted to listen to his ASMR. Two: they enjoyed talking to each other in the chat and it helped them make friends. And three: Alhaitham was… a handsome man. It makes sense that people would want to look at him if nothing else. Those people were few and far inbetween, or so a normal person would hope, but it would not be good to rule out their existence.
Alhaitham’s streams, such as this one, were mostly live ASMR, and always ran for a set amount of time. You could only donate/make noise (if you wanted to) in the last 5 minutes in order to not disturb anyone. Whether or not the rule was spoken, nobody knows, but his fans have been adamant about letting people know of this fact, so it’s all the same.

The gray haired man quickly closed out the stream with a cut off, “Yes–”

Viewers who came to close out the tab or who were there when it happened were in shock, staring at the screen like it held the secrets to the universe, some with their mouths agape.

Tighnari started, “It’s compensation for the last uno game–”
“Yeah, and I lost that one too!”
“But you kept giving the game to Cyno!”
Alhaitham sighed. “You deserve the card for that, you know. I think my ears broke from your screeching.”
“One could say that he deserved to be in jail,” Cyno smiled evilly.
Tighnari’s eyes widened. “Cyno, I swear to god–”
“Hey, do you know what they call the pictures that prisoners take of themselves?”
The group remained silent as Cyno’s eyes flashed red. “Cell–fies!”
No one responded. Cyno continued hopefully, “Get it? Because they're in a prison cell? And the ‘sel’ part of selfies sounds like ‘cell’…”
Tighnari put down his card, a yellow three. They remained in silence, mourning their dignity and what was yet to come.
“I hate you guys,” Cyno said sadly, shaking his head. Tighnari giggled.

They continued playing, lightly bantering with each other. At this point, Alhaitham had three cards, Kaveh had seventeen, Cyno had four, and Tighnari had nine.
Alhaitham put down a blue seven.
Kaveh raised an eyebrow. “I don’t have blue? What the heck is this?”
Alhaitham raised an eyebrow, “You don’t have blues?”
“Nah, I’m pretty sure he’s depressed,” Tighnari said.
Kaveh burst into laughter. Cyno smiled.
“Why are we still here?” Kaveh asked in a deep, solemn voice, though his eyes gave away mirth.
“Just to suffer?” Kaveh and Tighnari said at the same time, and they broke down again. The blonde man drew a card… and another. And this kept going until he had twenty four cards.
“I love this game,” Tighnari said, looking down at his varied nine cards, three of which were wilds and one being a +4!
“Yeah, it’s

They continued bantering, sharing inside jokes and breaking down into laughter more times than one could count. Hearts were broken, fates were swapped, and usual Uno shenanigans took place. Eventually, somehow, Kaveh had one card. “I might actually win this one,” he whispered, stars in his eyes.
Cyno leaned back. “Fuck ‘em up, ‘Nari.”
Tighnari raised an eyebrow at Cyno fondly. “Uh… okay.”
Kaveh let out the most keyboard–smashing, ear–bleeding, rage quitting scream ever known to man. He slammed his hands on the desk in front of him and stood up so he was out of frame. The others instinctively shrinked back.
“Nice, nice!” Cyno chanted, clearly amused. That +1! Card had really, really fucked him up.
Alhaitham was rubbing his ears, leaning away from the blonde man. “

The style you normally see isn’t so hard to do, since my hair is naturally all over the place… I do braid part of it because that’s what my mother used to do before we went our separate ways. Then, I clip it in the back to get it out of the way.”

Normally, at least in my free time, I get inspiration from things I see in real life: my roommate, the house we live in, the flowers outside, and other architecture. In general, art and architecture are just so fascinating to me, and during my time in school, I’ve researched it quite a bit. I happen to pay attention to it more than other people do, I think, and I think you can see it in my designs. I would say I’m a creative person, so I often let my designs get out of hand, but it’s good to limit myself sometimes. I think I’m rambling, so that’s all I’ll say for that, haha…”

Anyway, I thought that if I shared my work here a lot, then I’d be kind of… like one lantern in the sky of a thousand– each lantern being an artist. That sounded a lot more complicated than I expected, but really, it didn’t take too long to choose it…”

Kaveh reaches into the jar and pulls out an extra small, crumpled piece of paper, like the person who put it there didn’t want it to be chosen. His brow furrows a bit, but he opens it anyway.
“Ah…” he sighs, looking put–out. “I was hoping I’d answer this one later. Oh well… right, the question is, are you and Alhaitham actually roommates? And the answer to that is yes.”
Kaveh throws the piece of paper in front of him unceremoniously and pulls out another one, deliberately ignoring the chat that is now going insane. He takes another one and shuffles in his seat, sitting up straighter so he can maneuver his arms more comfortably. “You’ve got to be kidding me,” the man looks past the screen at someone, “Please! This cannot be a question our viewers ask a lot.”
There seems to be some communication going on, whether Kaveh is getting a response in sign language or reading the person’s mind. Eventually, he sighs. “Fine. The question is, is Alhaitham single? And no. No he isn’t. Seriously, this is my stream! One would think that people are more interested in the things I do on here, right?!”
