When a dying Madoka makes a wish to help Homura, her wish slowly turns the next cycle's Mitakihara and the surrounding cities into a land of Halloween themed horror. Imagine if the Madoka Magica characters were turned into their Halloween costumes by a wish gone very wrong, but what if we skip the dressing up in costumes part and just get straight to the wish causing a variety of monster transformations or Halloween themed situations at the start of Homura's next time loop. That means a bunch of characters become Halloweenified versions of themselves. I have tried to keep characters acting in character. There are a lot of plot threads and a lot of characters, but I have done my best to weave them together. That does mean minor characters (minor for this story) will at times be sidelined.
