Summary
Gaia made 2 clones that day, one of Elisabet Sobeck and one of Ted Faro in a last-ditch effort to fix the system once she is gone. The one who ended the world and the one who secured its future. High level directives prevent Gaia from contacting the Tribal societies in anyway herself or even leaving much of a warning but her final words ring in the empty holo space “through you Elisabet all things are possible.”
Together they are raised by Rost in the mountains above Mother’s Heart, the daughter of All-Mother and the other the son of the Metal Devil. Will things change when they find out the truth about their births and where they came from? -

Summary
In the final battle against Nemesis, the people of the tribes are alarmingly overwhelmed, and Aloy is faced with the reality that they have failed. In the last moments left, she finds Beta amidst the battlefield, desperate and grieving what they are set to lose.
Instead, Beta reveals a plan she has set in place, a failsafe if all should fall to ruin. Her final words to Aloy are those of a desperate plea to be found, to not be forgotten.
Before Aloy can even question her sister, she wakes in Rost's cabin in the Nora sacred lands, left with nothing but a recording from her sister and a head filled with memories that haven't even happened yet.
Now, she has to get the gang back together, and fast. They're going to need all of the time they can get to prepare for Nemesis, and this time, they can't fail.

Summary
Rost only takes care of the cursed child in the barest sense of the word. A fire in the hearth at night and a bowl of stew on the table, clothes sewn and shelter given. Rost wasn’t a father, wasn’t even a caretaker, just the man who owned the cabin Aloy only spent half of her time in. He never teaches her a thing. Outcasts do not speak to each other, after all.
The world still needs saving.

There wasn't much left of Rost to bury because the Carja took him. Burns are sacred to the Sun, and the Shadow has questions it needs answered. He has to survive them until he can understand why they ask for Aloy even after she's dead. And until he can kill the monster who killed her.

After the destruction of GAIA Prime, the new GAIA initializes the Lightkeeper Protocol but, thanks to reactivating within the ELEUTHIA-9 facility, she is able to keep a much closer eye on how the young clone of Elisabet is received by the Nora and is not happy about what she sees.

Together the two unlock mysteries of the past, of HADES, the future and perhaps of each other.

Her voice turned quiet and crackled. “I only have Rost… Here… There’s nothing for you in the East.” A tear ran down her eye and down the bruise on her cheek that had started to make itself known to him even in the dark of the night. This was the very first tear Kotallo had ever seen on this battle hardened woman.
The Tenakth darted his eyes to the pale snow that enveloped their toes, his brows furrowed in a thoughtful manner. He couldn’t lie to himself, she was right. There wasn’t anything for him here that was of great duty to match his title as Marshal that he so proudly earned and carried. But his duty, in this moment in Aloy’s presence, meant nearly nothing to him.
Kotallo shot his eyes back up to her glassy ones, catching a glimpse of another tear leaving those greenshine eyes.
