I don't even care about most of the MCU since AoU. Or Twilight canon tragedy since it treated the BxE relationship like anything but the monstrosity it is (let alone the multiple unholy imprints). BUT. This is a fine example of a fandom fusion cake being more than the sum of its ingredients, and has been an enjoyable fleshing out of otherwise mostly ignored and ignorable canon characters, as well as an interesting look or two at how the Twi-world would be impacted by The Snappening.

Not traditional spitefic, but really brings home the underlying tragedy of the tribe's wolves' lives in general, and Jacob Black's in particular. And how much misery the (despite sMeyer apparently not realizing it) true villains of the series, the Cullens, bring to or amp-up-in everyone around them's lives (knowingly! they have no excuse!). How could anyone read this and not feel a fresh spike of loathing for canon? It's like watching an impending trainwreck in excruciatingly slow motion. Ch2 is presumably the actual trainwreck -- again, in excrutiatingly slow motion.
