Summary
Tonight, Tim came home stressed. Some case he's been working for Batman has had him stumped for weeks, and the longer a case goes unsolved, the more frustrated and sleep-deprived Tim gets. He resolved to buckle down and make some progress even if it killed him, and Kon offered his body to help him destress so he doesn't shunt himself off into an early grave quite so soon.
Occasionally, the typing will pause, and Tim will reach under the desk to stroke his fingers through Kon's hair. Whether in encouragement to keep doing what he's doing, or as an idle way to keep his hands moving, Kon isn't entirely sure. But he does know it makes his eyelids flutter and his heart stutter every time.

Summary
Bruce calls it monitoring.
Jason calls it a leash.
Tim calls it a bad idea approximately twelve minutes before Red Hood finds the first tracker and sends him a photo of it drowned in diner cola.
Assigned to keep Jason Todd from escalating a weapons-trafficking case into a body count, Tim expects resistance. He expects threats, broken surveillance equipment, encrypted insults, and Jason being exactly as infuriating as every report says he is.
He does not expect Jason to be careful with scared kids. He does not expect Jason to trust him with dead drops, safehouses, and secrets Bruce does not get to know. He definitely does not expect to end up in Jason’s lap at five in the morning, grinding against him while case files slide off the couch.
When a corrupt Gotham councilman puts a bounty on Red Hood and targets Tim as his handler, the case turns into a trap built around everything Jason is afraid to want and everything Tim is too tired to hide.
Jason Todd does not need a leash.
Tim Drake might need to stop pretending he only follows him for the case.

And it was Kon—there was truly no one else that it could be. Tim knew every inch of him, and always would, no matter where they were in their lives. The fact of the matter was that Tim had never expected to find him at a gay club in Gotham.
Let alone at a gay club in Gotham making out with another man.
While investigating a local drug epidemic, Tim Drake is shocked to discover that his best friend is bisexual. He reacts extremely normally to this information.

Tim had said it so suddenly Kon barely caught it. “What?”
They were sitting in the sand, staring at the sun as it set over the horizon of the ocean, painting the sky in beautiful bright shades of pinks, yellows, and orange that reflected onto the water below. Kon could smell the salt that clung onto Tim’s skin and in his hair. He could hear how steady and calm his heartbeat was as he had broken the silence between them.
“I’m not in love with you anymore.” Tim said again.
Kon could do nothing but just stare at Tim as he reeled from what he was hearing. “I never knew that you ever were.”

Kon isn't a stranger to heartbreak or disappointment. Neither is Jason. After a fateful encounter on a rooftop, they decide to throw caution to the wind and find comfort messing around with one another. You know what they say, the best way to get over someone is to get under someone else.

Summary
Fear Gas, Joker Venom and Cuddle Pollen became a drug sought out by people outside of Gotham. That is a major problem. The head of the organisation is good at keeping themself hidden and elusive. That is an even bigger problem. It's good that the Red Hood is still an amicable figure and dealing in drugs.
