After the world forgot him, Peter kept fighting. He was Spider-Man after all. But as the villains get worse and the heroes dwindle, Peter finally grows tired. Hasn't he done his time? He's never once shirked the responsibility forced upon him. Never once has he put himself first.

Rly rly cute.
The relationship between Peter and Bucky could have never crossed my mind, at least not in this way if not for this fic, truly great.
Rly nice relationship between the two, plus others, like Steve and Tony and although the end with Tony was sad and rather "unhappy" doesn't make it any less better.
Because in real life there r such things, plus fits the character which is Tony way better then had he truly forgiven Bucky for that.
Not that Bucky would ever forgive himself, but yes.Very good writing and interesting story, makes Peter much more then just a vigilante who tries to survive, but also a kid who needs help with handling everything life throws at him like a big wave

Or the amount of people in his life that have died because he's some kind of bad luck charm. Or that his foster-dad is Tony Stark now.
Or the fact that he was randomly kidnapped one morning on his way to school, and now he's in an alternate universe with a bunch of strange vigilantes that keep stalking him.
He thinks they mean well, but they're really weird. Besides that Red Hood guy. He's pretty cool. Though something about them- especially Nightwing- is familiar, that's not important. He has enough on his plate right now, considering there are multiple people trying to upend the fabric of time and space. He can figure out the other details later.

But that wasn’t the shocking part—the shocking part was that he’d already seen it before: he’d seen it when a certain vigilante’s suit had been destroyed three nights before, and Peter had walked with him back to his backpack to loan him some clothes.
“This is Wade,” Sam introduced.
Sam Wilson had two brothers: one was Peter’s gym teacher, and the other was fucking Deadpool.

He likes to think that he’s pretty good at rolling with the punches, he has to be in order to survive doing what he does, but this might be stretching it a little.
He distinctly remembers going to sleep in his own bed last night, fully clothed, after finishing his latest batch of paperwork. Did someone move him here while he was asleep? How?
