Summary
As many of you know, I wrote a fanfiction titled Extinguished. If you have not read it yet, I suggest you do so so I don’t spoil it for you here. The original ending is not in fact a happy ending, and after receiving a request to see an alternate happy ending and the aftermath of the battle against the oni in season 10, I decided to oblige. This is my rendition of an alternate ending to my own fanfiction.

Summary
The rope incinerated. Kai's weight dropped. Any strand of conscious thought that he'd had were gone in a flash as he fell. He felt his body ignite without his command - it must've been his core speaking, his heart. [After all, he'd always lived by emotion hadn't he?]
His flames led him to Cole, just below him. Their bodies crashed together, and anyone watching from the Bounty rail would only see one thing.
A flaming ball of pure fire being swallowed by darkness.In other words, my recreation of Season 10's heart-stopping Episode 3. Cole falls, but Kai falls with him, leading them on a desperate journey through the darkness - injuries and all - to find their family again.

Summary
Cole is the Earthen Ninja, the dependable backbone of the team who's already to help his friends, and most of all his boyfriend, Kai. Whether in combat or in day-to-day situations, he's got everybody's back. The foundation of the team has not faltered thus far, but this helpful nature leads to his downfall when while trying to evacuate civilians from the dark miasma-overrun Ninjago City, he waits too long for others, and falls deep into the city.
The other ninja are devastated--the oni were going to be hard to defeat before, but without one of their strongest members, could they even do it anymore? Everything is moving too fast, and they barely have time to mourn before the battle ensues. However, through what seems to be a miracle, they succeed in defeating the oni. Returning to Ninjago City the following day to hold a funeral for Cole they find him--but he's no longer human. In some part, he has become one of them. Cole has become part oni. And he is just as horrified as them.

Summary
Becoming a ghost wasn't the end. It wasn't some beginning, either. Rather, it was just the next phase of Cole's life. And, sure as the moon in the sky, that comes with ups and downs, forming and fading, waxing and waning.
Love and loss.
Some things would never be the same again. The moon wouldn't always shine.
But he'd never have to face the darker days alone. Not with his family lighting the way.
Then, when the moon was full, they could enjoy its light together.

Summary
Cole is thrown for a loop after he and Lloyd are taken by Pythor for some... dangerous experiments with an old oni relic.
Too bad Lloyd has been acting unhinged since the oni "incident" with the overlord. Cole needs to figure out how they're going to get out of here, despite having little to no help from his struggling brother in arms.

Summary
A scream ripped through the air, knocking Coles song to abrupt silence. It was a horrible, agony filled screech, echoing through the cave long after it had pierced the once light atmosphere. Cole’s ears rang, his heart pumped, and he sprinted like he’d never done before, deciding now would be a good time to pick up the pace. The only thing Cole could think of as his legs felt numb and his breath ran short was : what the hell what the hell what the hell what the HELL. The ground suddenly looked darker, but he couldn’t stop yet. No. Not until he found out who—or what— had yelled. Maybe Jay was right. Maybe Vangelis was freed. Maybe—

Transported to another dimension so different but also uncannily similar to his own, Cole has to try and find a way home. Along the way, he ends up meeting the alternate versions of him and his friends and family on chance, and it isn't until they continue crossing paths that he realizes they were meant to meet. They might be able to help him get home.

Then, stillness. Knuckles’ body stops moving abruptly, and lays there for a minute or two before there are any more signs of life. Everyone holds their breath.
His hands twitch, then his arms, and then his shoulders. They can’t see his face, but it is clear Knuckles is awake again.
“Knuckles!” Cries Vector, the first to get up the nerve.
He doesn’t move, or rather, he doesn’t immediately turn around to face them. His movements are slow and deliberate.
“You ok, buddy?!” Sonic asks, trying not to sound as afraid as he is.
No response.
Then, Knuckles stands. No hesitation, no limp, nothing.
Oh no.

Summary
If you know me, you know the drill. I like taking existing media and adding extra plot points, character stuff, and fleshing stuff out in general. So I’m taking this silly cartoon and doing that!
Small note: all these character are humanoid and are written as such. They got torsos BOI. Also I made Cyli blue instead of pink because they totally screwed us over with not making our main characters the primary colours. Slight changes are made throughout the story, you’ll see.
Pac stumbles into becoming the world’s primary protector against ghosts. Despite literally all the odds, this actually improves his life exponentially. That isn’t to say there aren’t some troubles along the way though

Raph’s breaths came harsh and ragged, the snarl on his face making him look more like the impulsive, emotional brother Leo knew. For the first time since the turtles broke into Shredder’s lair and laid eyes on him, he looked like Raph again. Leo could feel the way his brother’s arms quivered through his grip on his katanas, and he fought to hide the optimism-relief on his face behind a cocky raise of an eye ridge.
Then Donnie cried out behind him, followed by a crash, and it all fell apart again.
AKA I thought the "mind-controlled Raph" concept in Clash of the Mutanimals was CRIMINALLY underutilized and should've lasted at LEAST a few episodes.

Raphael was anger and rage and the heat of a thousand fires. He's been used as a weapon to hurt his brothers, and has done things he could never forgive himself for. He was a monster.
That was why his father could never love him. He must have seen it too, the similarities that Raphael wished he could unsee the moment he realized it.
He was no better than the Shredder.
_______________________________________Donatello knew Raph leaving in the daylight was probably cause for concern, but he never thought his anger and self hate had grown this bad. Did he really think he was as bad as the Shredder?

Summary
After defeating a massive army of robots that turned on their creator to wipe humanity off the face of the Earth, Raph and his brothers head home without a care in the world. With minor injuries, they each agree to tell their dad what exactly went down the night before in the morning. Turns out being separated for hours on a highly dangerous mission with a killer robot after you made you want to spend time with your brothers, who knew?
Except Raph has a major injury. Surely he can keep it hidden till morning and spend some much needed time with his brothers… right?
Or: I jump on the train and expand what could have happened after Raph got home with broken ribs.
