Craig Tucker becomes apathetic and begins pushing people away even though he feels incredibly lonely. He knows something is wrong but doesn't know how to approach his problem and feels like nothing is helping. The last straw seems to be an unexpected meet up with a classmate from elementary school. Craig wants to completely forget about South Park but this not-so-twitchy-anymore blonde makes it just impossible! Perhaps they should have never met, maybe it was meant to be. Either way to Craig his presence was just another bother. His undying irritation grows even more after Craig realizes, he is not the one he should care about the most, Tweek Tweak deserves a respectful life too.
